The DDR is part of AgSpace, NAL’s suite of digital repositories and collections. It provides reliable storage of and access to selected research and information of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The DDR provides the agricultural community open access to scientific information in the fields of agriculture, food, and the natural resources. As it develops, the Repository will include a variety of digital materials (articles, books, book chapters, maps, datasets, patents, lab notes, presentations, pictures, videos, and more) from a wide range of sources, including non-USDA authored materials. In addition to searching from the DDR home page (which searches only items in the DDR), all DDR content can also be accessed via AGRICOLA, the National Agricultural Library's (NAL) online catalog and article citation database.
